I was so disappointed when the Greeks ended up conquering Troy in the end. And of course Odysseus makes it home at the end of the Odyssey. So predictable. No one can be creative anymore.

Some trails are happy ones, Others are blue. It’s the way you ride the trail that counts, Here’s a happy one for you.

I stuck around watching the credits roll on at the theatre for The Lone Ranger. Johnny Depp as Tonto riding off into the sunset. Slowly. Continuously. I really wanted, at least, as the last credit panned by, for the camera to zoom in, he’ll turn around and say “Okay. You can go home now.”

That’s a bold statement from a cartoonist. How many Lettuce is a serial killer jokes have there been, for example? Or Trump jokes when the man has been out of office for almost a year? All creative works tend toward the repetitive.
