I don’t see that working very well for him in the romance department.
Thanks Bob, your invention is much appreciated.
Sad to say, sometimes my brain works intermittently LOL. If Bleeb were here I’m sure he would testify to that. Don’t get stepped on little buddy.
Can anyone tell me the origin of Bleeb and the others?
Robert William Kearns (March 10, 1927 – February 9, 2005)
At least he’s easily understood speech wise.;-D
At least Bleeb is standing under a man.
I guess that Bob had to get in on the act… As I understand it, windshield wipers were invented by a woman. If I’m wrong, someone correct me.
Does Bob’s … head … bob … back … and forth … as he … speaks?
Quite…the….talker…I …see
He who’s hesitant…
I thought he was channeling Captain Kirk, or pretty much every William Shatner character.
I had a mid 60’s vehicle that had intermittent wipers, sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn’t.
Bob get your hand outta your pocket. Bob is working on his stutter.
Well, that one’s just so corny, that I will have to engage the superior colliculus in my brain just to think of sump’n funny to say…
… wait, I mighta just had a…. nope, nope… that was a password or sump’n!
Sorry… I got nuthin’! That one had extra corn!
Heads up for the wiper fluid.
Bob….you….are……a…..dweeb.
A very good CHRISTOPHER WALKEN imitation!
And..spent…the…rest of his…life…suing…Ford for…credit… and patent rights.
And he is a multi millionaire today as Ford Motors will tell you and his name WAS Robert…..
Is he playing intermittent pocket pool?
Forget him! Jim, over there, invented “rain sense” wipers and is much richer!
And all this time I thought it was William Shatner.
In 1967, Kearns received several patents for his design for wipers that paused between swipes, making them useful in light rain or mist.
Too funny! I dated a man named Bob who actually spoke like that. After 30 minutes, I made an excuse to leave because I was ready to scream.
Watch the movie “Flash of Genius” for the real story. :)
