The curious thing is that I agree him. Most individual humans are good, but when you get them together into a group these mostly good people can do terrible things.
That’s what democracy is all about. You give as much power to many people because either you believe peopel are good, so you want everyone to have power, or you think people are bad, so you don’t want one person or only a few to have power.
