A simple “Hello” might be a better way to start. You can learn to hate each other later…..

She should say she disagrees. If she says she agrees to agree to disagree, then she’s already broken the agreement by agreeing. If she says she disagrees, then she is going along with his proposal while at the same time not actually going along with it …

Then again, maybe best to just ignore that stupid opening …

… or just say “Whatever.” … or “Goodbye.”
