    This is why so many adoption places fail. Their unrealistic demands and high fees put on the adopter with the constant follow-ups are not motivational. I understand well the need to protect these animals but there someday needs to be a better, more reasonable way ( EDUCATE, spay/neuter/ avoid puppy mills, etc.).

    All Pavlov really wanted was food and water, lots of petting, and being let back inside after he went out. I know he appreciates having a place that is quiet and safe.

    HA! Our dogs LOVE their collars. If we have to take them off (To wash or replace them), they mope and watch the collars until we call them to put the collars back on. IT’s comical watching them dance around when they know they are getting the collars back, lol.
