Maybe I’m missing something here (wouldn’t be the first time), but the patients oath should be “second” as mentioned by the the second philosopher (assuming that he’s a philosopher too)…
There is evidence that mankind has been committing violence against each other since well before the written word. So it is not going to be tricky. It was tricky for thousands of years before that.
