The remumblicans are busy dragging the Rule of Law into ever-lower levels of depravity in the guise of THE CONSTITUTION. Strange that the CONservatives try to claim the mantle of the supporter of the law and THE CONSTITUTION while undermining the very institution they claim to advocate.
It was VERY CLEARLY a ruse to give the packed SCOTUS cover when they supported the GQP unconstitutional attack on women. But note that it could work for Dems as well: Simply pass a parallel law that allows citizens to sue those who choose to be out and about while unvaxxed. You can bet THAT would be overturned in a New York second… and then sanity might follow. Maybe.
Since September 1, anyone can openly carry a firearm.Soon all that will be required will be the scalp. Twosies if you get the kids scalp, too.I have lived in Texas most of my 81 years. Texas doesn’t deserve the mess the Republicans have made of it. And the religious nut jobs. There are foreign missionaries in my family.Missionaries should not be shot. They should be hung after a trial in which they are shown the damage they have done.
Firstly the woman doesn’t get sued, its everyone else that help her that gets sues. Secondly it gonna be struck down eventually. If not, some bright spark might make a law to say everyone that facilitated a gun death (ie the gun shop, the weapon manufacturer) get sued too.

Yeah, she’s sure to remain your girlfriend when you sue her… maybe she’ll counter-sue you if you were the reason for her abortion…

That’s a system that no one would ever try to game. Definitely never in Texas..
Sue a destitute woman. She does not defend herself in court and cannot pay court fees, nor the judgement. But the state pays the $10k bounty.
Rinse and repeat.
