I can relate. I used to work in a hotel where you could work ten days in a row, have two days off, then work for two days, then have two days off, work for five days… etc. It could get very disorienting.
I used to work in retail for too many years and I thought that the days just dragged on, UNTIL my wife died in March and now time is dragging endlessly.

My nights off are Sunday and Thursday, I dont remember what a weekend is like
If my schedule gets changed, it does mess up my sense of what day it is
It was different this week, but I did still get my Thursday night off
