Sir Charles Barkley calls 2nd place finishers “Best Losers”. Does that make 3rd place finishers “Second Best Losers?” And don’t “show” horses still pay at the track? Finally, when’s the over/under on Tevin and Kianna’s first kiss?
P2 we call ‘em losers Kianna, but I guess R&W has to maintain PC in order to get by their censors by calling them non-winners, who asks, “hey, who non-won the game between the Seahawks and Rams last night?”
P2 Tevin has a look on his face that suggests he is locked in mortal combat with his hand as he contemplates either choking himself or continuing to tolerate and play along with more mindless dialogue drivel in this aimless story plot
So if you don’t like losing…errrr…non-winning Kianna, what are you going to do about it? Whine and pout? Or take a hard look in the mirror and figure out what you need to do improve to help your volleyball team win and better your gymnastics results? You can do better than this one Tevin
P 2.5: Yeah but I still have a better mustache than you. Now go take your big a$$ hand and see if you can find something useful to do with it cuz you ain’t getting any of this!
P2: Kevin showing some angst when a guy in the hall tells him Mr. Vito from Goshen has Tev/Ki on the Big Board with the Choke/Choke, No Choke/No Choke, Choke/No Choke, and No Choke/Choke big-money parlays. Money is coming in fast from out-of-state, and Vito needed some easy action. He marvels at the storylines. Tev is not sure how he’s going to play this.
I’m seeing some really harsh takes on Kianna, the super-competitive multi-sport athlete who’s disappointed in herself if she doesn’t win. Entitled? Spoiled brat? Sore loser? Have I missed the strips where she’s complaining to the officials or yelling at her teammates?
I have to wonder if the colorists speak English at all. Seriously, since GoComics switched to colorizing this B&W strip there have been so many coloring errors you would think the decision makers would have figured out by now that coloring this strip was a really stupid idea
Ha! Kianna stole the sentiment of the title of yesterday’s Mopped Up Thorp. Although it appears she’s another mathematically challenged Mudlark, as she mentions 3rd place but holds up five fingers. And speaking of holding up, the hold up from seeing today’s MUT is now over.

I guess if you sulk after a loss it shows you care more than people who lose graciously.

All I know is that no one wanted to finish first in the 60’s draft.

If you think third is unimportant talk to the school team that finished fourth.

So Bitsy, should panel 2.5 state that she would have felt fine if she was the first non winner?
