It’s a town full of liars. There is no bandit, their pants all burned off.

The cops pants weren’t stolen it’s the start of the police defunding.

Are they purloining women’s pants, too? If so, what’s the rush?

Police have nothing to go on.

That’s going to be a little difficult if nobody has seen him and he doesn’t leave any forensic evidence.

Would any of the people pictured here have come outside without their pants? I get the feeling the Pants Bandit is very good at what he does. The police will need some special help on this one. Unfortunately:
