My brother has been a body builder since his teens. I remember many a day he destroyed many a t-shirt by doing that. He also liked it when I would punch him in the stomach to show his friends how rock-hard his abs were. I have to admit that doing that was kinda fun.

A body builder is easy to buy a shirt for. If it’s too big, he’ll thank you, and if it’s too small, he’ll wear it.
