Is this called yanging the ying? Or yinging the yang?
This is one of the most classic iconic comics of the sixties. And it came from Johnny Hart.
I thought if two snakes ate each other they would end up as a single snake ring.
If they were in Ireland this would have to feature cats.
Collision between a snake and an anti-snake.
The lesson of “race-based hate will devour you” was really avant-garde in 1964. It still is, I guess.

This joke dates back to the 1800s, though of course not as a comic strip. Ambrose Bierce for one makes reference to the hoop snake disappearing entirely.
