The itching could be his nerves. When I am about to have a panic attack my hands and arms start to itch and sometimes the itching is on the inside where no matter how much I scratch I can’t get it to stop. I had a doctor tell me to take Benadryl for it when they first started but the panic attacks wear me out themselves and I get real tired after and if I took a Benadryl I would be knocked out for a day so I just have to deal with the itching until the attack is done.
