Just wait until The Hawk of the North comes blowing in as he will very shortly. Then you will see some real action.

The spring-time wind comes blowing in / to stir the bees.

The winter wind comes blowing in / to freeze your knees.

When the white eagle of the North is flying overhead,

And the browns, reds and golds of autumn lie in the gutter dead,

Remember then the summer birds with wings of fire flame,

Come to witness springs new hope, born of leaves decaying,

And as new life will come from death.

    Love will come at leisure,

Love of love, love of life and giving without measure,

Gives in return a wondrous yearn for promise almost seen,

Live hand in hand and together we’ll stand,

On the threshold of a dream.

Raised in just south of Chitown, I do not miss the Lake Winds. Got blown off of the porch into the juniper bushes more than once.

We have the fu cking heat on here in not so sunny FL! NOT normal this time of year. Usually only in Jan and Feb and maybe Dec. Looking to move south but Rio is kind of not a good place to be right now, nor the Virgin Islands.
