Once again, Scott has the two mixed up.

As a rule, it’s Republicans spouting American Exceptionalism (or, in this case, our solar system exceptionalism) and the Democrats spouting science and reality.

Still, one of Scott’s better efforts.

Nothing like sitting in a desert staring at the sun.

I think I’ll just let them be their apolitical selves today.

“Ever since The Sun took LSD, it’s been a fundamentally better sun. More pink, and green, and electric blue. Let’s hope it comes up again today!” “It’s coming up! (He’s done it again!)”

Have they placed new sun wanted ads yet? Who is doing the interviews and making the decision? There are a lot of misfit candidates out there.

If you can’t be with the sun you love, love the sun you’re with.

A semantic aside: I know our sun is a star, but are all stars suns, or only those with planets?

Considering that there are millions of galaxies and countless numbers of stars, it remains to be seen whether or not our sun is truly the best. :-)
