Several people have mentioned Thanksgiving. Let us remember it was started by English settlers in America. In the UK, we have a similar festival called Harvest Festival which is always celebrated on a Sunday but different churches celebrate it on different Sundays.

Hey, Affie.

I have had the song “Hotel California” on repeat today. I was just in that kind of mood. It’s a rather incredible song which is also spooky in parts. Imagine not being to ever leave a hotel and go home. I wouldn’t mind actually. Haha.

Of course I’d mind. There is no place like home after all.

Tomorrow I’m at the bingo with Auntie so wish me luck, pal. I might have a big win to announce. I did not too long ago. I won £430 and split it with my Auntie. So £215 each. It went straight in my bank on that Monday.
