    He’s taken as much food as the plates can hold, so he won’t have to stand up and make another trip later.

    We don’t use paper plates, as the dogs try to eat them while cleaning up.

    I use Chinet plates but still use two, both are filled with food.

    Pluggers use TWO paper plates because they KNOW from experience. Most pluggers do what they do due to having been there done that and learned a better way.

    Paper plates and Thanksgiving dinner? I think you might be asking for trouble. Kind of like the commercial where the doofus puts about 3 lbs of spaghetti on a paper plate then Spills it all over his girlfriend.
