I guess there still are those whose jobs don’t allow much personal time. Maybe time to leave the work phone in the desk and block work calls on the personal phone.
I have the best friends now that I’m retired. They call and ask what i am doing Tuesday immediately followed by “And today is Saturday”. They understand.
Used to work in a hospital, our supervisor made out the schedules. Hated it when I got 4 days in a row off, that meant I had to work 10 in a row. Especially when I was working the night shift.
