Many many years down the road, will we look back at this time and say “remember when we had to wear face masks to go out?” Or will we say “remember the good old days when we could go out without a face mask?”
Last night some old lady walked up to the checkout counter and started laughing at me. I wear mask and gloves at work. She said I look like I’m ready for surgery. Yeah, effin hilarious, lady…
I’m in New York.a mask mandate is returning on monday for all indoor businesses, concerts, etc.it doesn’t matter if people are vaccinated.we have to live like this for the rest of our lives? This is the new normal? It’s sad.I don’t mind wearing a face covering.i believe masks should be optional.I wore a face shield for a year.I never got sick or ended up in the hospital.now I’m fully vaccinated.

I wonder what is going to happen to the mask industry when the pandemic is over?
Given how responsible MOST people are about wearing masks, I wonder if they will continue to do so if they have the flu or the cold.

I lived and worked in Japan early in my career. Masking up is no big deal.

One that fits snugly over the nose and puffs in and out with each breath which shows that it is filtering the air I breathe.
Future archeologists may have fun figuring out the layer of plastic oblongs in the landfills of our generation.

I’d rather have the gift of no longer needing a mask, but that will take more than Santa to achieve…
