With every job, there’s parts that stink. Poor performance reviews, unexplained absences, inflated expense claims, sleeping on job, and outright stealing. Then there’s stupid directives from upper management that you’ll have to justify. I had to fire a good engineer who undermined me for every stupid directive that he blamed on me.
