He could use some to the mail offers I get from all the people who just want to make my life better. Hearing tests/aids is just one of them. There’s also term insurance, good for one year, which is all they seem to allow me at my age. Then medicine FREE for enrolling in a plan. Wizards of the eye exam next, stacked on top of offers for a thrilling life in a retiree village/condo assoc/after-care facility, where just plain folks are smiling and dressed for a lawn party by the pool every day.
