Actually Rita was smart to choose Jay instead of Dana, Dana would have wound up turning everybody into potted plants if their morale didn’t improve.

It’s just a transfer of Jay’s morale to everyone else.

Someone yesterday suggested dartboards with Rita’s face. Jay might want to start there.

That alone improves morale.

It’s almost a miracle to see Dana be happy for a decision made by Rita. But she seems worried for Jay.

Did Dana’s left breast fall out of her maidenform?

I have a feeling that morale will improve if Rita gets somehow mysteriously locked in her office.
