Hello Garfield, my old friend

I’ve forgot the lemon wedge again

And a foodbowl came softly flying

Left its smears while I wasn’t lying

And the vision that was planted in my face

I would agree. One would think after 43 and a half years, Jon would be better prepared.

I’ve so spoiled my dog that unless I add a flavorful sauce to her dry food, she’ll give me a icy stare, as if to say, “Is this it?! What am I supposed to do with this: eat it or ignore it?”

Liz’s dinner is ruined

I thought Liz was going to say she was ready to go on a date with Jon.

Since when did Garfield like having a lemon wedge with his food? I do recall that he has had shaved coconut on his food before, as well as a sprig of rosemary.
