I feel, in this case, three towers was too many.

At least Nancy is well hydrated.

Pee Wee says,

“All these glasses are half drunk?

Or in other words, half inebriated?

Nancy’s glasses are half lit."

At least none of them are on a table or chair.

If the glasses are half drunks, then those glasses can’t hold their liquor. By the way would a glass that is feeling completely drunk be called a tumbler?
