    Trains schmains look at how many pedestrians are hit in NYC alone while texting and walking.

    Cell phones injuring more people than alcohol since 2003.

    Texting pedestrians at least only endanger themselves. That’s okay with me, everyone’s entitled to shorten their own life span in whichever way they choose. But texting drivers, texting train operators, etc. as well as drunk drivers also endanger others. And that’s inexcusable.
