In the so-called protection of hearth and home, who would have thought that you had to watch your language"
This is the reason, by the way, that Chief Justice Roberts was so “off-the-mark” when he declared that America no longer “needed” racial protection because bigotry no longer existed in America!
Of course, it still exists! And it is still passed down the same way it’s ALWAYS been passed down – from parent to child – one poisoned drop at a time!
And the only way to truly “break the chain” is to have a society such as Huxley described in his book, “Brave New World” – and that isn’t going to happen!
In the 20’s and 30’s a lot of men in the south were in the clan. Considered a badge of honor, like being in the Kiwanis, Elks, and Rotary clubs. As now, they hated Jews, Colors, and Catholics. They come and go, now they have changed their names, but their hatred remains the same and they are far more dangerous. By the way they were here in Nebraska in that time frame, some of the hate still lingers to this day.
