They say that Eskimos eat whale meat and blubber, eating whale meat would probably make anyone blubber.

My wife would have tried this at least once if I had let her. Couldn’t boil water when we were married. She got much better, but she still prefers my cooking from scratch. And I rely on her palate to check me from adventurous errors.

With climate change, I suspect there’ll be less blubber on the table of the average Eskimo or Inuit.
