Whenever I fall, I have to call 911 to help get me back up & hoping that very handsome firefighter comes & helps me back up.
Happened to me on Saturday! 2.5 days later the bruising finally came out. Walking a little better now.
With my physical problems I tend to fall down. I’ve had all sorts of people help me stand. It gets to be a little embarrassing.
I’ve been thinking it’s time to get a ’I’ve fallen and I can’t get up’ button.
As a fellow “cheaters” wearer. It must have been nasal pushups.
