When I lived in Phoenix there were some neighbours who played mariachi music. At 3 am. LOUDLY.
Funny how bagpipe music blared on my boombox shut them up :)
That’s also where I found out about a noise law that kicked in when you worked at home. People playing that crap during the day would get warned once. Then ticketed. Yes, I did call the cops. Part of my job was typing for the guests, and I needed to be able to hear them on my headset
