We’re back! I have missed Charlotte during the past couple weeks of reruns.

I wonder if Steenz is really back or if this is a stockpiled Sunday strip, like last time. We’ll see.

But seriously, in real life, our dog just loved to jump into the snow, and lick it. She never ate it, she just licked it a few times, then she jumped some more, and then licked it some more. On snowy sunny days, we made a clear patch for her under our back yard tree and after she finished her jumping she would just splay out and enjoy the sun…

Our doggos love the snow. The cats, not so much.

My dog loves ice cubes. Get one from the dispenser in our refrigerator and he is instantly at your side. Last week it snowed here (NC) for only the third time in the last five years. I let the dog out and he saw the water table in our back yard, which had frozen over and thus contained the largest ice cube he’d ever seen. He spent fully 30 minutes trying to eat it.

welcome back Ms. Steenz, though we miss vintage Heart, it is good to see that you on the mend and bursting with Heart ideas.
