This was a very peculiar cartoon until I went back and re-read the first speech bubble which was not “I FOLLOW THE DRIVER’S THEORY OF PHILOSOPHY:”

I believe in facts, but I’d rather have oxygen.

Now he’s just gassing…

Depends on who’s doing the mixing and its purpose. A misalignment of the facts can lead to disastrous intuitive leaps.

To air is human.

Kind of a Thomas Aquinas approach, in other words.

Pure oxygen is toxic at normal surface pressure. Regular mixture (20%)is toxic if you go too deep.

What kind of death does one die from for lack of facts or intuition?

Well, I can start the list, …… do you have several years to read it?a few examples of not finding out what you should before you do something.
