    A lot of birds like parrots and mynahs can also do human calls.

    Imagine Marigold talking with Ethan. What do those two talk about?? LOVE Ethan! The bird’s really cool, too. :-)

    When Phoebe makes a casual remark, it can lead to some amazing things!

    I do believe that is a Prothonotary Warbler on Marigold’s back…

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Fly like a song, fly while you’re singing
    A song without you is a bird without winging
    Some city flights leave in the morning
    Some city nights end without warning
    Can you hear me call?
    If I could do this, I would take some terrific wildlife photography. I still remember that hummingbird that flew right in front of my face for, like, ten seconds straight, and as soon as I got the camera out, flew away. I swear it was done on purpose to mortify me.
    “I suppose making bird calls is pretty cheep, huh?”
    .
    “No, it is a dollar-ninety-nine per minute.”
    I’ve never had a bird close when holding a camera, yet had food in hand in transit to mouth pilfered by seagull zooming by more than once.
