This life lesson brings to mind the time, as a favor to someone, our office hired a young man who needed some work to help supplement his studies, as he worked toward becoming an EMT. This young man would often complain about the huge truck payment he had each month, since he was driving a fully decked out Chevy 4WD. I was interested, and asked him how much his truck payment was. He replied “Over $300 a month …” I asked him then how much had he spent for the “ink” he had had done on his forearms. He replied "$1200 … " “Nice talking to you” I said, as I turned and walked away.
It took me a minute to realize that Addy opened her bag in panel 5 because Heart had stolen her purse. Took me even longer to realize this was a rerun circa 2020.
