To be honest, Idaho and France are often confused for each other.

French Fries are in reality Belgian Fries! They originated in Belgium and they are the national dish.

RJ if you have gravy you must have Mashed Potatoes !

In France, French fries are called “fried apples”.

For those of you not from Idaho, a “baker” potato that doesn’t fill a shoebox by itself, is a cull or mis-labelled. So says my wife, anyway.

I miss when fries were cooked in greasy lard.
