In one phase of my life, I built several pieces of furniture for our house. With due modesty they’re halfway good. But now I have the tools left, and no more furniture needs building.

When I was that little and I got bonked on the head, a glass of ginger ale would fix it. No kidding.

If this is March and in Canada, I would think that it would be fairly chilly. I always shake my head over April not wearing shoes most of the time — but, today she is bare footed and wearing a summer dress instead of her ever-present long pants. Maybe she dresses herself and this outfit is what appealed to her today.

When my nephew was April’s age, I used to say they should get him a football helmet since he was bumping his head so much.

Daddie are the best and I don’t know what I would have done the last 2 years without him, he has come to my rescue so many times during this horrible divorce and I thank God everyday for him. Mom also included too but seeing that the strip is talking about Daddies I had to mention him first. Love them so much.
