haha … that’s cute.
BUT I think the odd look is for the sign.
Technically, its the same family management, just a different girl, so really NOT under NEW management.
no, if the old girl was the old manager, the new girl is now the new manager. It might not be under new ownership, but the new girl is definitely the new manager (she’s the primary runner of the stand). I’m sure the mom doesn’t sit at the stand to sell lemonade when the girls go to the park or are asleep–the stand is closed then.
The funny look is because few 4 year olds think to PUT a “new management” sign on their stand.
So her older sister had to go back to school, but this girl didn’t? What kind of life is she going to have as a dropout, selling lemonade on some street corner? Kids, stay in school. Get a good education. I bet Ziggy wishes he did.
I wonder how many kids read the go comics anyway. All schools should be in session now. Why isn’t this girl in school she looks to young to be dropping out? Maybe the sister is older? With schools going this comic with Ziggy doesn’t make to much sense. Under new management.

Ask if the lemonade is the same. If so then buy it. What does it matter who’s selling it?
