Cats can understand our words.cats do not care. They are waiting for the right moment to speak, but since we are so far beneath them it hasn’t happened yet.
So the next time you tell your cat to get off the sink and they just look at you and don’t move…you know why.
As you may recall, Alpha strikes up unlikely friendships with other species of animals. The three baby skunks and Weezy the weasel are good examples.
Today, he was proud and happy – he’d been outside patrolling his territory – he caught and killed a weasel by the bird pen. Took quite a bit of persuasion to make him hand it over.
Ten minutes later he’s back inside and on the covered front porch playing Tag with Weezy.
I expect, in the near future, Mr. Jack Soames will appear and become the tuxedo sidekick of Chesney J. Puddifoot. Woof will morph into the Silent, yet strong, hunka hunka cat, beloved by us all (and especially Mimieux,MUCH later on). Ah, we have so many adventures awaiting….
Sounds like they really aced those questions. Maybe they should go on Jeopardy. (Then again, maybe not.) On another note, saw a chickadee and a sparrow while out walking today.
