It seems clear that Darryl knew nothing about this one, so it must have been purchased by Wanda.
It was only a few days ago that Wanda got on Darryl’s case about always giving in to the kids’ wheedling to buy them something. No child needs a tattoo, even a temporary one. Did she give in to the kids’ wheedling to buy it? Seems a good possibility, so why is it all right if she gives in, but not Darryl? A better question is “Why do either of them give in?”
