How old ARE you? With young kids, you can’t be THAT a old!

If you’re of a certain age, your parents couldn’t have cared less whether or not you thought they were cool.

On my 50th birthday, I was picking my daughter up from elementary school. Her BFF was with her. BFF said to me, “She told me it was your birthday. What are you…100?” (We always joked with each other.) I smiled & said, “No…but I’m halfway there.” She paused, then her eyes went wide & she exclaimed, “YOU’RE 50???” Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. LOL

The older parent’s wait for children yes parent’s will look old to the kids.
