The strange thing here: The image is 5069 bytes. An image of this format, size, and color would be 809 bytes total. They’ve appear to have embedded some other data format in it, and some JFIF data (JPEG File Interchange Format) in that, and then some Adobe markings inside that. Now this might mean there is an actual image in there, or it might be that it was edited in Photoshop and all the cruft left in place. Either way, I can’t read it.
