Usually, you flip the guy off and be done with it. N-o-o-o! You gotta wreck half of the library! And you know very well your warning will be too late! A-a-a-nd you didn’t think about Bleeb!
I once saw this happen in real-time at a grocery store distribution centre. Pallets of boxes of broken glass jars strewn everywhere. What a mess it created.
So I was sitting up in bed last night, quietly reading a book, and then it hit me… OH!, now I get yesterday’s joke! Then I thought, hmm, I should probably put this book down and pay attention. So I put it down, and then calmly and softly rolled over and…
… looked under the bed to see if Bleeb was under there!
(HA! You thought it was goin’ somewhere else didn’t ya!)
Relax: Bleeb is safe from impact. Look at the height where the first bookcase hit the second, and where the second hit the third. The third bookcase should hit the fourth just below where Bleeb is perched. (Besides, the bookcase itself and the surrounding books should take most of the impact.)
According to the Dewey Decimal Classification the 400’s are about languages. Maybe Bleeb was looking to learn English so he could talk to us?!? ⸌(ㆆ‿ㆆ)⸍

Thus the need for those bars that attach across the top of the book racks. Look up next time you’re in a library.

meanwhile, another library guest is about to go from someone who is behind in his teading to become someone who has reading in his behind

It may be funny to us, but it’s deadly serious for the library patron in the 401-500 section.
