Having trouble figuring out just what her age is now. She looked about 21 way back in 1938 when she took Nancy into her house at the start of this comic. So that would make Fritzi around 104 years old? Man! She looks good for her age.
Just try not to stand in the new generation’s way. Understand their problems, and try not to take it personally that they seem to virulently hate you for having been born earlier.

Don’t forget, by the time they reach your age, you’ll still be your age. And then they’ll start being older than you!

I feel seen – younger generations seem to have themselves sorted much better than mine ever did. It’s imposter syndrome on a generational level.

I wouldn’t mind knowing more about Fritzi’s friend or co-worker or stranger she just struck a conversation with.

I hope the younger generation has a better understanding of grammar than she.
