This is why the city allows the sign to remain in place and haven’t replaced it yet—It may have harmful intent, but it’s greatly offset by it’s timing being consistently horrible.
Younger people may not get it, since Mr. Yuk has been widely adopted for toxin warnings. Just think of it as a people-swatter designed by pirates. :)
