They’re definitely looking at you ralph

He’s taking a picture or a video. Nobody holds their phone that high up or that vertically just to read it; it’s an awkward and unnecessary position. But, that’s exactly the position you’d need to hold it in to point the camera lens at people passing by the table.

Of course he’s taking a video of you, Ralph. Just look at the facial expression of the girl with the green shirt sitting with him.
