I wouldn’t have been surprised but we lucked out and got the opposite. Here in the Midwest, we’ve been known to have significant snowfalls as late as the last weeks of April.
My grandparents once came back up to New York State, arriving on April first, after a winter in Florida. There was a blizzard when they got home. Yes, Virginia, there IS an April fool.
