Sir, if I can draw your attention to the lower part of the back page of our menu, it clearly states in legalese written in Latin; The All you can eat menu is not defined as to how much you are capable of eating, but, by when your friendly server tells you, you are done eating. They will cheerfully inform you when you have had, ‘all you can eat’. It’s written in very small print, allow me to get you a magnifying glass. Please don’t forget a generous gratuity. Thank you for you patronage.

Random musings:

(1) That’s Brutus’ kind of luck, I guess.

(2) Is this the only diner in the vicinity of Brutus’ office? They won’t be in business long, playing that kind of practical joke on the customers.

(3) Better hope that it really was shrimp they served you, Brutus. That could be April Fools #2.

Brutus, you can’t eat any more than the eatery allows you to eat. Since they’re apparently not letting you eat anymore, it appears you’ve eaten all you can eat.
