I know the feeling. I recently had a cousin come in to my store, buy stuff from me and then ask as they were leaving if I sill worked at the store, asking for me by both my first and last name, so clearly not joking.
There is a finite amount of things that a person can remember, once reached you forget something for every new thing you add.
He’s got the family nose, that’s pretty conclusive.
