I don’t really think for several hours after getting up. I rush to get dressed and out the door with my dog first thing, and I really don’t recall my walks later in the day. I will know I went, and maybe even which streets, but if I talk to anyone, I often don’t remember the conversations. I must walk on auto-pilot.

Odd. I’m at an age where I wake up disappointed …that the alarm went off already. (Just a few more min….hours! Please!?!?)

I get the morning paper, check the Obituaries. If my name isn’t there, I figure I’m off to a good start.
