You need to make it so that only you can do it. I’ve heard of programmers that put in secret code that will cause the program to crash unless a special keyword is entered regularly. If they’re fired, they end up getting rehired to try to find the bug.
The modern version is seeing your job listing on a site like Monster or Indeed. I think there was a ‘Dilbert’ strip about that long ago. Can’t recall if it was Dilbert or Wally that saw it.
