I remember back in the 90’s a wonderful burger place called Fuddruckers (I think there are a few left) in Yonkers, New York, to get to the order window you went by a window that let you look into the storage area to see how fresh the meat was as it hung on hooks. I always wondered did that view encourage or lose customers
